'Gulf War' depicts Iranian revolutionary leader Khomeni, Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein and former US President and DCI George Bush. World opinion has shifted dramatically in the post Gulf-War era due to the moral ambignity of the estimated 750,000 Iraqi civilian deaths brought about by heavy handed US-led Iraqi sanctions imposed fundamentally to ensure cheap access to Middle-Eastern oil.
